Since 1995, The Charles V. Ramatici Company, “CVRCO” has established relationships with over 500 institutional and private providers of capital. With direct access to local, regional, and national debt and equity providers, CVRCO is able to secure the best debt and equity sources for our clients.
How We Do It!
Clients hire us to represent their financing needs to debt and equity capital providers. After clarifying the client's needs, we underwrite property economics to develop a range for a loan amount, term, lender risk, and other specific elements to define the optimal financing strategy. We then combine the underwriting criteria, borrower objectives and financing programs offered by lenders to identify the best sources of competitive capital. We then proactively manage the completion of offering materials, submission to capital markets and negotiate financing proposals. Once a lender is chosen we coordinate the due diligence, commitment and facilitate the close of a transaction.
